1,000 Sauces, Dips and Dressings, by Nadia Arumugam

This intriguing volume just landed on my desk today, so I haven’t had time to explore it sufficiently. But it looks promising. If you seek a particular sauce for that summer barbecue, fresh ideas to dress a salad of locally grown vegetables or a dip to wow your friends and family at upcoming picnics and potlucks, you might want to check out this cookbook. (After I’m finished with it, of course.)

Happy eating! And reading, of course.
